A Little Bit About Us
Here at Westcountry Design, we have been living the 'Small Business' dream since February 2015 supplying unique and unusual gifts, bespoke and personalised items along with bespoke craft and artwork items, from our Studio's in the West of Cornwall in The United Kingdom, to individuals, businesses and resellers throughout the world.
What We Do
The majority of our work is undertaken 'in house' in our Studios in West Cornwall. We are a full time business, fully dedicated to our wonderful customer base, and always ensure we have time to interact with our customers when we are needed. We have an awesome design team that are willing to tackle just about anything, so don't be afraid to ask. The majority of our manufacturing processes are also undertaken 'in house', enabling us to pay close attention to timelines and allowing us to keep the customer updated on progress as and when required.
Not only do we manufacture and supply printed mugs, as currently shown on this website, we also produce many other printed and etched personalised and bespoke items that are not currently shown here, such as promotional keyring, photographic glass cutting boards and photographic slate items to name but a few. These Items will be added to the website in the coming weeks. If you have anything in mind, please feel free to contact us to discuss your requirements.
This website is a relatively new addition to our promotional portfolio. We also sell our designs and services on a number of online platforms, including Amazon and Etsy, and also have a social media presence on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
The Materials We Use
We always use the finest blanks, pigments and materials to ensure customer satisfaction at all time. The materials we use are from reliable and trusted sources that have been in the business for a good number of years.
All of our packaging materials are of the highest standard, smash proof boxes being utilised for all delicate items to ensure they arrive at your door in pristine condition.
Our Partners
On occasion, we may need to enlist the support of other small business manufacturing partners. For example, this could be when a business has ordered a promotional package where one of the items is beyond the scope of our manufacturing processes. In these instances we will make you aware of this before we proceed.
All of our manufacturing partners are reliable and trusted partners with an excellent track record in their realm of production. We use small businesses, rather than large, not only to enable us to support other small businesses, but we have also found, through experience, that their manufacturing process and quality control lends itself to less issues and a much smoother customer experience.
